The Fellowship Group has been going for over 30 years, although in the first place it was called the ‘Target-Ring’. Many ladies of Eastern Green have spent many happy hours with us at our meetings.
We have a slightly smaller number of members now than we used to have, but we usually get between 12 to15 members at our meetings. It is a happy hour of chatting and enjoying each others company. Also we are there when people need support.
On Saturday September 14th, walkers from St Andrew’s and St Andy’s will be following the Shakespeare Avon Way, visiting 8 different churches, and covering a total of 34 miles of country lanes and fields: From Bubbenhall to Bidford. We are raising money for Kidz Klub, Tile Hill and the Church. Anyone is welcome to join us even if only to do one leg of 3-4 miles. Please contact Greg on email@example.com for further details. Pledges of sponsorship can also be sent to this address.
The Church is seeking to raise funds for its children and youth ministry. Kidz Klub, Tile Hill, do amazing work with primary school aged children, sharing the good news of Jesus with kids from challenging backgrounds. Your sponsorship would make an incredible difference.

We understand that when you’ve lost a loved one, you experience a wide range of emotions, often unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. It may feel as no one could possibly understand what you are going through. But others have been through it, and so there’s no need to be alone. Taking that first step to go out can often be the most important step of all.
We also know that if it’s some time since your loved one died, it may not be any easier. In fact, in some cases, it feels worse than ever. Again, there are people who do understand this and who have time for you.

Pram Service has recently had a bit of a review, we have updated its format slightly and changed its name to Tots Praise! It is still running every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month all year round and doors still open at 8.45am. If you arrive between 8.45am and 9.30am there will be time for some tea, toast and toys followed by the same style baby/toddler service full of action songs, instruments, a bible story , prayers and ending with a craft activity which ends the service. Tots Praise is a perfect way to introduce babies and toddlers to church whilst sharing such precious times with your little ones.
Hope to see you there sometime, Emma (St Andrews Children’s and Families Worker)
